1. Eligibility

 

The services are available only to persons who can enter into a legally binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. You shall not use the services if you are not of legal age to form a binding contract with the company. Persons who are "incompetent to contract" within the meaning of the Indian Contract Act, 1872, including minors and un-discharged insolvents, are not eligible to use the website or avail any services. If you are a minor (under the age of 18 years), you shall not register as a member on the website, transact or use the website, or avail any services. The company will rely solely on the information provided by you during registration. If this information is found to be incorrect, you agree to indemnify the company against any third-party claims.

 

2. User Account and Registration

 

- To place an order for products, you will be required to provide your contact information and email address. You will be eligible to place an order after filling in the necessary details, including address, delivery options, and payment details.

- You agree to use the website to make legitimate inquiries or orders and not to make speculative, false, or fraudulent orders. If such an order is suspected, the company reserves the right to cancel it and inform the relevant authorities.

- You must notify the company immediately in case of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.

 

3. Contract of Sale

 

- The listing and display of a product on the website is an invitation for you to make an offer to purchase such a product. The placement of an order constitutes your offer to buy the product(s).

- An order confirmation email or SMS does not signify acceptance of your offer. The contract of sale is concluded only when the product is shipped and you receive a confirmation that the product has been dispatched.

6. Delivery and Shipping

 

- All orders are subject to availability. The company reserves the right to cancel orders if products are out of stock and will refund any amount paid.

- Delivery attempts will be made, and if unsuccessful after two attempts, the order may be canceled, and shipping charges may be deducted from any refund.

 

7. Warranty and Returns

 

- Product exchanges and returns are accepted only in the case of damage to goods within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase. Products must be returned in their original packaging.

- The company may process refunds as store credits at its discretion.

 

8. Cancellation of Order

 

- Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed for packing or shipped. Only orders that have not been processed can be canceled.

 

9. Indemnification

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune.

These Terms of Use constitute the entire agreement between the user and the company regarding the use of the website and services.
